Glass Tea Mug with Ceramic Infuser

At Pekoe&Petals, we understand it may not always be possible to brew with the perfect teapot or gaiwan. Sometimes, we need to conveniently brew a cup of tea. We have looked far and wide for the perfect infuser mug just for you. Most infuser cup or mugs come with stainless steel infuser baskets while some have plastic or silicone ones. Metal can react to tea and changes the taste as do plastic. We prefer ceramic ones for neutral taste. Size and shape also matters. Tea leaves need room to unfurl and bloom. Our infuser is wide and deep, providing a perfect environment for our exceptional tea to showcase their best characteristics. Many ceramic infusers only have holes in the bottom. Ours also have holes on the side, allowing brewed tea to be released and avoid over-brewing. The lid also serves as a stand for the infuser basket. Just rest the infuser on the back of the lid after brewing to avoid making a mess on your desk, table or countertop.
