Our Keemun (Qimen) black tea is exclusively produced for Pekoe&Petals. The Duchess initially delivers a sweet potato and honey nose. The rosy floral aroma is subtle at first but strengthens intensely and remains long-lasting. Medium-bodied, with an orange-red and clear liquor, The Duchess has a floral, fruity and honey taste with a long sweet aftertaste. The Duchess is full of stylish character, a must-try for Keemun lovers.

  • Traditional Style 

    (Using Gaiwan, Chinese teapot for shorter brews, repeated a few times)

    Tea / Water: 

    3.3 g per 100 ml of water

    0.17 oz per 5 fl oz of water

    Temperature: 100C / 212F

    Brew Time:

    1st Brew: 45 seconds
    2nd Brew: 35 seconds
    Subsequent Brews: 60 seconds

  • Modern Style
